Why Reflect exists
Too many people in Bangalore live with pain they could recover from. They take painkillers that wear off, get scans that frighten them, and bounce between clinics where treatment feels like a conveyor belt.
Reflect was started in Vignan Nagar to do the opposite. Here, your first session is a proper assessment, not a quick rub and a heat pack. We explain what is causing your pain in plain language, agree on a recovery plan with a clear timeline, and treat you one-on-one at every visit.
Our patients range from school athletes with sports injuries to grandparents recovering from knee replacement at home. The approach never changes: find the cause, fix it, then strengthen you so it does not return.
